AbstractIf you've been lucky, you've experienced great management. But if you haven't, it's impossible to know what to do. That's because most management activities occur in private, behind closed doors. It's hard to learn management by example when you can't see it. In this presentation, Johanna will share some secrets of great management. We'll discuss the simple-but not easy practices, including the most underutilized and necessary tool of management, how to build trust, and how to create a great working environment.
