Death March Projects in Today's Hard Times

"Death march" projects have been a familiar phenomenon since the beginning of the IT industry, and Ed Yourdon's 1997 book discusses them in detail. But some aspects of death-march projects have gotten better, and others have gotten worse, since the onset of the current "Great Recession." Ed will discuss these changes in his talk.
